MASHAV donated the toys to the Kindergarten

The Embassy of Israel and the Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation (Mashav) purchased toys and materials for children with special needs, which were donated to the kindergarten. The Ambassador of Israel to Georgia Ran Gidor and the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Georgia Peter Mikiska attended the event.

With the support of the Czech Development Agency and Caritas of Czech Republic, a “Transitional Group” officially opened in April 2018 in kindergarten N192, led by four early development specialists. The group is equipped with the necessary inventory and resources that makes the environment accessible and desirable for any child. Specialists work with each child according to their interests and needs. The main goal of the "transition group" is to facilitate the integration of children with autism spectrum disorders and other special needs into appropriate age groups.

Last year, with the support of the Mashav, gynecological and surgical instruments were donated to the Zugdidi Screening Center.
