Caritas Czech Republic is fully committed to integrity, transparency and accountability. This commitment is extended to the people we serve, to our donors, our partners as well as all our employees. We stand by the belief that mutual trust is the cornerstone of effective assistance.
We acknowledge that the environment in which we operate is extremely vulnerable and our work is accompanied by an immense responsibility. In order to make sure we ourselves abide by the highest standards, we have rigorous policies and systems in place.
Feedback and complaints
At Caritas Czech Republic we strive to grow and keep getting better. Continuous learning of our employees is an important factor of the organization’s advancement. We coordinate frequent internal trainings and encourage participation in workshops about relevant topics.
At the same time, we are making sure that our policies and rules are maintained up-to-date, complying with our donor’s strictest requirements and that everyone involved with Caritas, staff or beneficiary, is duly informed about every policy update.
