Autism-Europe launching a two-year awareness raising campaign "I can learn, I can work", to inform and raise awareness about how to promote access to education and employment for people with the autism spectrum. Caritas Czech Republic joins Autism Europe in this campaign.
- Education and Employment- everyone has potential; it’s about matching strengths with the right type of employment.
- We need adapted support and reasonable accommodation to benefit from education and access to employment.
- We need to have access to vocational training and lifelong learning opportunities.
- Developing understanding of autism is key to fight stereotypes and stigma.
Together we have to defeat the stigma, change the society's attitudes and social norms, that often turning into insuperable barriers for the people with disabilities, preventing them to develop and fully reveal their potential.
